Early Start Fee
Appointments beginning before 7:00 AM incur a $50 fee per 30 minutes prior to 7:00 AM.
Additional Fees & Policies
Additional Artist Fee: Larger bookings may require an additional artist to ensure timelines are met. A second artist fee will be quoted based on booking size and scope.
Holiday Surcharge: A $100 holiday surcharge applies to statutory holidays and long weekends.
Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date.
Parking & Access Fees: Any parking, shuttle, or venue access fees are the responsibility of the client.
Booking Minimums
No minimum for Canmore or Banff bookings.
For locations beyond Banff, a two-service minimum applies.
